Submitting a Tender

Once you have set up your project and completed your simulations, it is time to begin receiving bids on your projects. Once you have set up your project and completed your simulations, it is time to begin receiving bids on your projects. Your project will initially be in a draft status so navigate to the projects tab and click Submit For Tender. This will move your project into the Tender stage and allow developers to review and submit proposals.
Developers over the coming days will be able to view the details of your projects and submit competitive proposals for you to review. Once there are proposals on your tender the final step is to select a proposal and sign a contract.

Take the time to view the details of all the proposals you have received, reaching out to the developer if you have any further questions to be resolved before making a decision . Once you have a proposal you’d like to proceed with. Click the “Proceed With Proposal” which will let the developer know that they should prepare a formal contract for the project for you to sign.

Signing A Contract

Once the developer has created a contract for the work, you’ll receive an email via Docusign containing the contract for you to review and sign. Please review the contract within 30 days of receiving it. Once both parties have signed you will be notified that the contract signing process has been completed and your project will be moved to Active status.
